    What neighbors and police were unofficially calling a "microburst" tore off a patio roof and part of a house roof at 2311 Harvard Thursday afternoon. Some patio furniture was strewn about an adjacent front yard while the patio roof was deposited next to a Volkswagen Beetle parked out front.
